Linus Gallery will be exhibiting my photograph, "The Big Easy," in their latest online gro

I am happy to announce that my photograph, "The Big Easy," which is part of my series of New Orleans street photography, has been selected for the online Juried show "Americana", presented by Linus Gallery. Only eight artists were selected for this show. The exhibition spans artistic mediums from Photography, Painting, Graphite and even Quilting.

The following is a description of the show provided by Linus Gallery:

"Americana, a broad term, as in all things American. America is wide in experience, size and interpretation, in a small amount of history and yet, historically brilliant. [We] asked to see the artist’s interpretation of Americana. For everybody, America is something different. Is it the Wild West? Is it the time of the American Revolution? The Cold War? The 60’s? Is it the political realm, currently taking over the world? Is it the original Americans? Is it our abuses? Is it our triumphs? Is it our leaders? The following artists were chosen from this call for entries:"

April Aldighieri Smith from Simsbury, Connecticut: Photography On Metal Print Fred Larucci from Woodstock, Illinois: Graphite Kelly Burke from Baltimore, Maryland: Quilt, Mixed Media Lia Ali from Santa Monica, California: Oil Norma Warden from Castaic, California: Photography Richard Barnett from Oak Park, California: Oil Scott Herndon from Washington, District Of Columbia: Photography Travis Gordon from Pasadena, California: Photography
